| Enabling Objective | : | On completion of the course, trainees will be able to: 1. Know & Understand of PPC General Function 2. Trace Ability & Control of Maintenance work paper during maintenance 3. Know and Undestand about method of maintenance,MPD Task, standard of maintenance data especially for Major maintenance include letter check 4. Know and Understand about competency & skill required to perform maintenance,how to define manpower to do maintenance,optimalization of manpower deployment( PEU concept) 5. Understand how to optimalization material stock effectively,MTBUR concept & historical data analysis of material usage 6. Know & understand about defining tools, equipment & facility planning base on- specification & capacity,quantity and allocation, managing tool availability & servicibility, optimalization quantity of tool (buy or loan) 7. Know & Understand about project management,concept of maintenance scheduling,define production scheduling & control, issue report, aicraft routing & operation, 8. Know & Understand about how to do performance analysis of aircraft maintenance, use data statistic for analysis, how to measure SPC, (aircraft,engine,component), how to capture relevant data for analysis, grab potential improvement, 9. Know & Understand about COGS of maintenance,PBTH concept,fixed price and TMB, define budgeting & development plan base on annual data, define cost control report & calculate budget for maintenance event |
