GMF Learning Service (TW) conducted A320 CMQ (Cross Maintenance Qualification) Neo Leap1A training to Alitalia airlines' personnel on December 17th -21st , 2018. This training took place at the Alitalia Training Academy in Rome, Italy, which was guided by Mr. Yudistia Panca Candra as GMF’s instructor.

The training was the request of Airbus Training Center Toulouse to GMF as the Airbus Training Center Jakarta. This training is conducted to meet the technical handling needs of Alitalia's A320 Neo aircraft.
In this training, Mr. Yudistia gave Cross Maintenance Qualification Neo Leap 1A material about the differences in engine type on A320 aircraft.

By aircraft system, the Neo A320 does not have a significant difference which is compared to other A320 series. But, the most noticeable difference is the use of the engine. The A320 series aircraft use the CFM56-5 engine, while the Neo A320 uses the Leap 1A engine.

Mr. Yudis said, “ self-preparedness is important in providing training for participants from foreign countries. Well Preparation can enjoy the process of training in class ". He hopes, this training would give satisfaction to customers, and would have a positive impact on the cooperation of GMF and Airbus Training Center. "Hopefully cooperation between GMF and Airbus would continue to be sustainable and would provide a positive image for the company," he said.
